Covid-19 support
Our vision is to provide a complete package of care to you, eliminating the need to hire many different trades-people to make a comfortable life possible.
Home Care
Allow us to take you back to your homely life from wherever we meet you, be it at the hospital, care home or in your own home. The transition from hospital to home can be stressful most of the time. Leave it with us, we can plan it and do it with a level of care you have never experienced before.
Once you are at home we can customise your care ensuring that you have enough support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming or incontinence care. We will make sure that you are getting enough fluids and proper nutrition and also provide assistance with managing medications by reminding you to take medications on time, organising medications, and administering medications if necessary.
If you need around-the-clock assistance and care, we have excellent staff who can do that too. Or if you just need sleeping and waking night support, our caregivers can be available at night to provide assistance with toileting, medication management, or simply being there in case of an emergency. On the other hand, if your primary caregiver needs a break, we have got that covered under our respite care service.
We have made it our priority to maintain both physical and mental health and well-being of our service users because it can determine the quality of their lives. That is why we are more than happy to engage with specialist support services for you if you wish.
Home Help
Yes, you guessed it right! The everyday chores are often underestimated and can cause a lot of discomfort if unattended. Just say a word, we can sort it all for you; laundry, house cleaning, shopping or meal preparation. As everything has now moved online, it could prove a hassle to pay the bills or to get the head around different digital machines in the household. A simple phone has now transformed into a very complicated entity which can confuse anyone. Our young and tech-minded staff can easily save you from slipping into technophobia.
Companionship
Are you likely to feel lonely or anxious to go out in public? Don’t worry, we can offer fantastic companionship to you. Emotional wellbeing is key to overall well being. Having someone to chat with, or listen to is all you need at times. If that is what you are missing, then any amount of medicine or treatment can’t do any magic. It is our absolute pleasure to arrange someone to go for a walk with, or take you for an appointment if that is what you wish for. Or if you just need someone to be around, that is possible too. In short, when we talk about companionship, we mean a warm friend existing side by side to provide emotional support when you need it.
Complex Care Services
We are registered with CQC to provide Complex Care Services otherwise known as Treatment of Diseases and Injury. Click here to go to the CQC website to see our company information. We employ Registered Nurses and/or trained caregivers to attend service users with complex care requirements depending on the situations. Catheter care, Diabetic Management, PEG Tube care and administration of medication via PEG, Wound dressing, Post-hospital assistance and Stoma care and pressure area care are the areas of complex care we are able to provide. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
End of life Support
We have trained professionals to support your loved one who is nearing the end of their life. They deserve generous emotional support and medical care being a valuable member of our community and family. We have trained professionals who can take care of them by providing pain management and emotional support to both the person and their loved ones.
Covid-19 Support
Covid-19 treatment has been pushed to the side lines partially due to the awareness and medicines we currently have and partially because it is no longer possible to hide from it. However, it continues to cause great trouble around the world. We are equipped and trained to help anyone who needs help with Covid related issues.
